Terms of sale

These terms apply to the meal reservations made on this site for the event "(BANC PUBLIC. X PARIS INTERNATIONALE — PERMANENT HOSPITALITY" (from Tuesday 20 to Saturday 24 October 2026), sold by Studio Banc Public (hereafter "the organiser").

Booking means accepting these terms, by ticking the box provided for this purpose before confirming the reservation.

Three services are offered each day: lunch, the seated dinner and the standing dinner. Amounts are shown in euros, all taxes included, per person, on the booking page.

At lunch, the menu is €65 per person. A non-refundable deposit of €35 per person is paid online when booking; the rest of the menu is paid on site.

At the seated dinner, a non-refundable deposit of €40 per person is paid online when booking; anything more you order is paid on site.

The standing dinner is free to book: nothing is paid online, and what you order is paid on site.

The amount paid online is the deposit per person multiplied by the number of people in the reservation. It is shown before payment.

Reservations are made online, without creating an account: you choose the number of people, the day, the service and the arrival time, then give your contact details.

For lunch and the seated dinner, the deposit is paid online, in a single payment, by card on Stripe's secure payment page. The site never sees or keeps your card details.

The reservation is only confirmed once the payment is accepted. If the payment does not go through, no reservation is made.

For the standing dinner, the reservation is recorded directly, with no payment, as soon as you confirm it.

For a group larger than the form allows, contact the organiser.

For lunch and the seated dinner, your reservation is confirmed by paying a non-refundable deposit online: €35 per person at lunch (menu €65, the rest paid on site) and €40 per person at the seated dinner (anything more you order is paid on site). The standing dinner is free to book, with no payment.

The deposit is not refunded if you cancel or do not come. The organiser may nevertheless decide, at their discretion, to refund it.

Reservations cannot be changed or cancelled online: for any request, contact us by email or phone.

In accordance with article L214-1 of the French Consumer Code, the sums paid when booking are a deposit ("arrhes"): you may withdraw from your reservation by forfeiting it; if the organiser withdraws from theirs, they return twice its amount to you.

Any refund granted by the organiser covers the whole deposit and is made to the means of payment used, through Stripe. How long it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.

A reservation for the standing dinner, which is free, can be cancelled at no cost by letting the organiser know by email or phone.

In accordance with article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to catering services provided on a set date or during a set period. A reservation therefore cannot be withdrawn from; only the cancellation terms above apply.

Please arrive at the time you chose. Let us know about allergies or special diets in your reservation note or by contacting the organiser before your visit.
