Data controller

Studio Banc Public, 1 boulevard Jacques Monod, 84000 Avignon, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. Contact: hello@studiobancpublic.com.

Data collected

When you book, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number and, if you write one, your note (for example an allergy).

We also keep your reservation: the day, the service, the arrival time, the number of people, the site's language and, for a paid service, the deposit paid and the payment status. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and are never sent to us.

Finally, we record the IP address the reservation is made from. It is used only to limit repeated reservations from the same connection, to protect the site from abuse; this is our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR). It is kept with the reservation, for the same period.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used to record and manage your reservation: welcoming you, contacting you if needed (change, cancellation), handling a possible refund and, if sending emails is enabled, sending you your reservation confirmation.

This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract you enter into by booking (article 6.1.b GDPR). Payment records are also kept to meet our accounting obligations (article 6.1.c GDPR).

Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising.

Retention period

Reservation data is kept until 30 April 2027, after the end of the event, then deleted.

Accounting records related to payments are kept for the period required by law (ten years).

Recipients and processors

Your data is only accessible to the organiser's team in charge of reservations.

The site is developed and maintained by Gary HENRY EI, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, a processor, who may access it to keep the site running.

It relies on the following providers: Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Neon (database, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany), Stripe (online payment) and, if sending emails is enabled, Brevo (sending the confirmation email).

Some of these providers are based in the United States. The resulting data transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or audience measurement cookies. One technical cookie remembers the language you choose for the site, and another is used only for the team's login to the admin area. Stripe's payment page uses its own cookies, needed for payment security.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it or ask for its portability, by writing to hello@studiobancpublic.com.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
